Yes, it's been over a month again since my last post. Lots to catch up. Starting with 2 major parts, the new stairs to the basement and the large bifold doors.
Here is the opening to the new steps.
Part of the footing is in the way, so will have to jack hammer some concrete out.
In the mean time, the frame for the bifold doors are going in. Note the large parallam beam above to hold up the weight of the roof.
Making sure it's square.

No more having to go outside to get to the basement.
Total opening is 18 feet.
